In 2019 Hale Amus Vermeulen started to share the food that she grew up with in the form of weekly homemade take away menus, workshops and private and corporate catering. Focusing on the diversity of Turkish cuisine. Hale shows that Turkish food has so much more to offer than kebabs. In October of 2022 her Dutch cookbook ‘’De Bijbel van de Turkse keuken’’ – the Bible of the Turkish Kitchen – was released in the Netherlands. With Which she brought Turkish cuisine closer to our hearts.
